The automatic polycarbonate infusion plug detector is divided into four units: feeding unit, testing unit, defective product rejection unit, and discharging unit. The detector adopts a vibrating feeding method to detect the top of the polycarbonate infusion plug, the transparent plastic area on the upper side and the lower part of the aluminum-plastic lid on the side, which can detect the black spots of injection molding, injection bubbles, silver threads, lack of material in the interface, notched aluminum cover, incomplete sealing, wrinkled (serious) aluminum cover, notched plastic sheet, yellowing and other defects.
