Product Introduction
The fully automatic small yellow plug detector is divided into four units: feeding unit, detection unit, defective product removal unit, and discharge unit. It is mainly used to detect black spots, dirt, gaps, missing materials, scratches and other defects generated by the small yellow plug in the production process. The inspection machine adopts the method of centrifugal disc feeding + vacuum adsorption for material management. The visual part is based on the image acquisition of objects by industrial cameras, and the characteristic analysis and defect determination are carried out through self-developed software. The equipment has the characteristics of stable performance, high accuracy and easy operation, which improves production efficiency and saves labor costs for customers.The equipment will detect the outer surface of the detected object, and automatically remove unqualified products, automatically count and bag qualified products, and manually seal and pack the products.
